In line with the question about New York, I'm off on a stag do to Berlin on Friday and any info on lively places full of skirt where they will let a group of 30 blokes in, would be much appreciated please.

Surprised they chose there myself PD.
Went a couple of years ago and didn't think it was great for proper lively night life, but every chance we were in the wrong section of Berlin for that.
We'll probably lose half the party after a few hours to hunting for marching powder and whores anyway!!!

Like everything else Grumps, this has been done before.
Berlin is a great place but not ideal for stags/pub crawls as everything is spread out with no real central place.

Hackescher Markt for early evening drinks. One stop from Alexanderplatz or Friedrichstrasse.
Lot's of space, plenty of pubs and restaurants under the arches of the old 'Schnellbahn'. I was there last week, plenty of locals still sitting outside quaffing under heat lamps.

Proper old school pub with a punk theme . Bar football , pinball machines , pool tables , two large beers less than five euro and you can smoke in there.
Good place to waste a couple of hours before you go out or return to if the club was shit.
Ignore the closing time , it shuts at 7am.
